I experienced problems during my stay, once I checked in I went to my room to settled down and unpack, my husband's turns and tells me I'm going to go get ice, he opens the bucket and there's hair inside of it, disgusting right! But the hair madness did not end there, my child went in the bathroom to wash her hands there she discovered hair on the towels and the soap dish.
